We completely set up your own comfortable Grand Design camper at one of the wonderful Glen Rose and surrounding area campgrounds (booked separately), then pick it up at the end of your stay. You'll have bedding, towels, TV/DVD, games, and a kitchen full of supplies, coffee & more.

1. Check our calendar for availabilities and start your reservation.
2. Reserve a campsite* in or within a 50 mile radius of Glen Rose, Tx: Dinosaur Valley State Park, Dinosaur Valley RV Park, Oakdale Park, Meridian State Park, Cleburne State Park, Lake Whitney State Park, North Texas Jellystone Park and more! Go through their systems to reserve and pay for your campsite.
3. Share with us the campground & site number you reserved when you submit the camper rental payment (this will include a delivery/set up fee and a refundable damage deposit)
*Book a campsite that will accommodate our camper plus your vehicle. The Paterfamilias is 31ft and Hogwallop is 28ft, and each has one slide out on the driver’s side.
The Paterfamilias is a NEW 2022Transcend Xplor 261bh that sleeps up to 7 - 8 and includes amenities such as kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, coffee, snacks, TV & DVD player, games and more!

Glen Rose is a lovely town with a farmers market on the square, real dinosaur prints in the river, buildings made of stone and petrified wood, and boasts the nation’s best animal drive through park, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center. Besides finding prehistoric prints in the river at Dinosaur Valley State Park you can camp, swim, wade, hike and ride horses or mountain bikes. There are also two rv parks with swimming pools - Dino Valley RV park near Dinosaur World and the state park, and Oakdale RV Park across from a snow cone hut with mini golf and the free river access Big Rocks Park. Glen Rose also has the Promise, two museums, Dino Hills Disc Golf Farm, Squaw Valley Golf Course, rodeos and other competitions at the Somervell County Expo Center, and lots of cute shops and restaurants!
Linens, kitchenware, cleaning supplies are INCLUDED for free but we also offer EXTRA rental add-ons as you start booking your stay: camping chairs $5 each, 3 person tent DIY $25 or we set it up for $40.
